If you want to guide and develop Crew’s Harm Reduction work, please consider applying to join our Board of Directors.
We’re looking for people with experience of:
- nightlife, festivals clubs
- fundraising
- social media
- working in the voluntary sector
and a commitment to our values:

- Justice-focussed: acting to change the balance of power towards justice, equality and human dignity

Our Directors meet every 2 months to:
- Set and support our vision, mission and values
- Develop our direction, strategy and planning to make sure Crew achieves these
- Ensure Crew has the right structure and resources for its work
- Establish or oversee policies and procedures to govern Crew’s activity, including guidance for the Board, volunteers and staff
- Establish or oversee systems for reporting and monitoring
- Manage risk and ensure compliance and accountability with the governing document, external regulators and the law
- Make certain that Crew’s financial affairs are conducted properly and are accurately reported
- Support and challenge the Chief Executive Officer
