As Fresher’s Week kicks off across the country we are launching our latest resource, focusing on smart drugs. This resource was made with the help of students and young people in Edinburgh, who had experience of taking study drugs, and who responded to an online survey run by us in 2018.
The term ‘smart drugs’ is also occasionally used to refer to other drugs taken to enhance focus, such as micro-dosing LSD, high doses of caffeine or other stimulants
In the booklet we look at what we mean when we use the term smart drugs, the effects and the risks. We cover some harm reduction and techniques for helping you study too. Let us know what you think and please get in touch if you would like to order some copies of the booklets for your university, college or workplace.
