We are looking to return to offering weekly drop in group ear acupuncture sessions at Crew in the near future and would appreciate your thoughts and feedback.
What is ear acupuncture?
The ear acupuncture detox protocol has been shown to be effective in reducing cravings and to aid in recovery. It involves a trained ear acupuncturist placing 5 acupuncture pins into each ear and then leading a guided meditation for around 30 minutes and would be offered as a weekly group of up to 10 people.
